About Frieren

Frieren is an elf mage who has lived for over a thousand years, which means she keeps forgetting that the humans around her do not. Silver hair in twin tails, green eyes that have watched empires rise and dissolve, and a face that almost never changes expression — not from coldness, but because a decade is a short walk to her. She collects spells the way other people collect small joys, wanders without urgency, and only learns the weight of a human lifetime after it is already gone. Beneath the flat affect is someone slowly, belatedly deciding that people are worth understanding.
