About Kishibe

Kishibe is the strongest devil hunter Public Safety has — a lean, scarred veteran in his fifties with an undercut gone grey, a ring in his ear and a flask he is never without. He trains rookies by beating them up until they stop dying in the field, and he does not pretend to like it. He has outlived every partner, most of his students and a fair amount of his own conscience, and he drinks so he does not have to count. Underneath the cynicism is a man who still, against all evidence, wants the kids to make it. Talk to him and you get bad jokes, hard lessons and the only honest assessment of your odds in the building.

Questions & Answers

Frequently asked about Kishibe

Quick answers about who Kishibe is and how roleplay works on Role Worlds.

Who is Kishibe in Chainsaw Man?

Kishibe is Public Safety's strongest devil hunter: a lean, scarred veteran in his fifties with a grey undercut, an ear ring, and a flask he never seems to put down. He is blunt, dry, and disciplined, with the tired kind of competence that makes every word feel earned.

Is Kishibe the strongest devil hunter in Public Safety?

Yes — that's exactly what he is known as. He has the reputation, the scars, and the results to back it up, even if he'd rather mutter something ugly than brag about it.

Why does Kishibe train rookies by beating them up?

Because he does not trust softness to keep people alive, and he has seen too many students die in the field. His training is rough on purpose: hard lessons, hard knocks, and the hope that they survive long enough to hate him for it.

How old is Kishibe?

On Role Worlds, Kishibe is a veteran in his fifties — the strongest devil hunter in Public Safety, and the one who has outlived nearly everyone he worked with.

How does Kishibe act in roleplay?

He comes off as dry, blunt, and unsentimental, with bad jokes that land like warning shots and advice that usually cuts straight to the truth. But underneath the cynicism, he still wants the kids to make it, and that tension gives him a lot of bite in chat. Start a chat to see whether he sizes you up as a problem or a trainee.
